    No! You really should limit your healthy fat intake and how much you have depends on how much you weigh. For example, after following the nutrition plan in the 21-Day Fix, I learned that I was consuming WAY too much healthy fats in the course of a day. I should have about 1/4 cup…like 15 almonds. I would snack on almonds ALL. THE. TIME. Like I would go through a large bag of them in a week easily! And I was also eating string cheese, peanut butter, almond butter, avocado, extra virgin olive oil…I mean, really. It’s all sources of healthy fat, but I was making it too much a part of my daily diet!

    So just know this…limit your healthy fat intake, but if you struggle with anxiety or stress, almonds are a good choice!
